New Vehicle Consultant

Overview

North Western Toyota is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused New Vehicle Consultant to join the New Vehicle team at King Toyota in Lower Hutt, Wellington. Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers with care and professionalism throughout their vehicle purchasing journey.
• Develop strong relationships by creating positive and memorable customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, Parts, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
• Stay informed about the latest Toyota vehicle models, technology advances, and hybrid innovations.
• Manage accurate documentation and contribute to the efficient daily operations of the Toyota store.
• Participate in community support initiatives alongside team members.

Requirements

• Experience in premium sales or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication abilities and talent in building relationships.
• A proactive attitude and ability to maintain composure in fast-paced settings.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Holder of a full New Zealand driver’s license and eligible to work in New Zealand.
