About the Role
Spectrum Internet Services is seeking skilled Network Engineers at levels L1, L2, and L3 to join their Network Operations team. This role involves supporting and maintaining network infrastructure with a focus on troubleshooting and configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuring and troubleshooting MikroTik CCR and RouterOS devices
- Managing BGP, VLAN, Routing, NAT, Firewall, and QoS settings
- Handling OLT and ONU devices for network management and fault resolution
- Resolving ISP, backhaul, and customer network connectivity issues
- Managing IP subnetting along with public and private IP administration
- Isolating faults across Layers 1 to 3 in network infrastructure
- Maintaining network documentation, performing backups, and managing change control processes
- Communicating effectively and applying strong problem-solving techniques
Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience in ISP or network operations environments with relevant troubleshooting expertise is highly desired.
