Job Overview

Seeking a highly experienced Network Security Senior Engineer with over five years of hands-on and leadership experience. The role involves working within a diverse, multi-vendor, multinational team to build strong professional collaborations and deliver effective network security solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

• Lead and contribute to network and security technology implementations, with proficiency in Palo Alto Technologies, Cisco, Azure Networking services, Infoblox, and VPN management.
• Manage and coordinate operations in a matrix organizational structure while overseeing third-party vendors.
• Engage in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Handle project resources adeptly within fast-paced environments that require adapting to evolving requirements and tight deadlines.
• Utilize strong organizational, planning, and cross-functional team management skills to drive initiatives successfully.
• Leverage data analysis, metrics, and reporting capabilities to inform decision-making processes.
• Optional but advantageous: familiarity with ISO/IEC 27000 family standards, GitOps including CI/CD pipelines, scripted automation, and Site Reliability Engineering principles focused on reducing toil.

Technical Expertise

• Thorough knowledge of network and security tools including DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP, NTP, firewalls, and IDS/IPS systems.
• Practical experience and understanding of ITIL processes, SLA, and KPI metrics.

Desirable Additional Skills

• Experience in continuous improvement strategies, performance and change management, transformation initiatives, and service cost management.
