About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Natural Language Processing to develop cutting-edge applications using AI technologies and cloud services. The ideal candidate should be capable of integrating Generative AI models within production-grade solutions. Responsibilities include working on projects involving deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative AI solutions addressing complex real-world industry challenges.
• Collaborate with Responsible AI teams, delivery leads, and academic partners to drive forward research and application.
• Develop applications such as digital assistants, healthcare agents, and enterprise automation tools.
• Lead and contribute to research publications in prestigious conferences.
• Mentor and nurture upcoming AI professionals.
• Work locations include Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Gurgaon, and NCR.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Data Science/AI, Mathematics, or Statistics from reputed institutes such as IITs, IISc, IIITs, or ISI.
• Minimum 12 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years post-Ph.D. experience in machine learning, data science, Python programming, cloud platforms, generative AI or large language models, deep learning, and NLP.
• Expertise across multiple AI domains including Speech and Audio, Computer Vision, Multimodal AI, and Agentic AI for autonomous intelligent systems.
• Strong passion for advancing AI research and innovation with tangible impact.
