About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who appreciate premium brands and want to share their experiences in the automotive and luxury retail sectors. As a key member of our team, you will visit upscale boutiques to assess the quality of customer service and provide insightful feedback by completing online questionnaires.
Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to luxury boutiques including locations in airports across the Middle East.
- Assess and evaluate customer service quality during these visits.
- Submit detailed feedback through online forms following each evaluation.
