Key Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate mystery audits to qualified shoppers or vendors by evaluating client needs, geographic location, and eligibility conditions.
• Ensure audits are assigned and completed within the set deadline.
• Handle cancellations, reassignments, and rescheduling of audits efficiently to maintain workflow continuity.
• Communicate clearly with shoppers regarding audit procedures and deadline requirements.
• Track audit progress and actively follow up to guarantee completion within the turnaround time.

Applicant Eligibility

• Must be available to work full time on-site for the duration of the internship.
• Should be able to commence the internship anytime between September 17, 2026, and October 22, 2026.
• Internship duration is fixed at 3 months.
• Applicants must reside in Mumbai.
• Possess relevant skills such as planning, decision making, stakeholder management, and effective communication.
