Job Overview

The Mutual Fund Executive / Relationship Manager role involves promoting mutual fund products, acquiring new investors through Muthoot Finance branches, nurturing client relationships, and meeting investment goals while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell a range of mutual fund products to both new and existing customers.
• Generate leads by leveraging referrals, marketing campaigns, and direct customer engagement.
• Educate clients on various investment options, including Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), lump-sum investments, and portfolio diversification strategies.
• Organize and conduct investor awareness programs along with promotional activities to increase product understanding and interest.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients to encourage additional investments and renewals.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for SIP collections, Assets Under Management (AUM), and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with branch staff and business partners to expand mutual fund business outreach.
• Ensure all operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; preference given to MBA, Finance graduates, or postgraduate qualifications in finance.
• NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributors Certification is required; however, candidates without this certification may also apply.
• Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in Mutual Funds, Financial Services, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or general sales is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
