Multimedia Designer

Primary Duties

• Produce and deliver captivating visual content for digital platforms, social media, print, and video.
• Design and finalize multimedia components such as graphics, motion designs, animations, short videos, emails, presentations, and event collateral, from concept to completion.
• Exhibit precise design sensibilities with strong typography, balanced layouts, thoughtful use of color and space, and confidently justify design decisions when required.
• Operate proficiently across advanced design and motion software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Framer, Spline, Rive, Cavalry, Cinema 4D, or Blender as dictated by project needs.
• Consistently apply brand guidelines creatively to maintain uniformity across all brand touchpoints.
• Keep abreast of the latest design and tooling trends, actively incorporating AI-driven design and video utilities (such as Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image, Midjourney, Ideogram, Leonardo.AI, and others) to enhance efficiency and originality.
• Adapt quickly to feedback with an open mindset, knowing when to iterate or hold firm on design choices.
• Edit and create short-form videos for social media, podcasts, corporate films, and event highlights using software like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Descript.
• Maintain systematic file organization, version control, and contribute to a centralized brand asset repository; collaborate through platforms including Notion, Frame.io, or Dropbox.
• Work alongside marketing, product, and content teams to deliver design solutions aligned with strategic goals and deadlines.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality, accuracy, or brand cohesion.
• Coordinate with external vendors for production and fabrication tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in multimedia design, supported by a diverse portfolio spanning digital, print, motion graphics, and video content.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and CapCut to create superior visuals in multiple formats.
• Exceptional attention to detail with consistently high-quality outputs.
• Familiarity with modern UI and motion design tools such as Figma, Framer, Spline, Rive, or equivalents.
• A self-motivated, curious designer who proactively explores new design tools and technologies beyond work requirements.
• Practical and enthusiastic use of AI-powered design and video tools integrating them into everyday workflows.
• Receptive to constructive feedback, balancing responsiveness with assertiveness about design decisions.
• Competence in using project management and collaboration tools like Notion, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Frame.io, or similar platforms to oversee creative projects.
• Capability to effectively manage several assignments within tight deadlines while upholding high standards.
• Strong communication skills, emphasizing collaboration, meticulousness, and consistent visual quality.
