Role Overview
The creative team at Aajil is expanding with increasing demands across podcasts, social media carousels, employer branding, and LinkedIn content. This role focuses on execution: you will receive design briefs and produce polished, high-quality deliverables quickly. Collaboration with the existing designer is essential to handle overflow work in both video editing and graphic design, maintaining consistency and quality rather than reinventing designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit podcasts and short video content using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Create static graphics for LinkedIn posts, carousels, and employer branding materials.
- Ensure visual consistency aligned with Aajil's brand guidelines across all outputs.
- Work onsite to manage and handle large production files efficiently.
- Meet tight deadlines delivery without compromising on quality.
Candidate Requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating experience in both video editing and graphic design, which is the primary screening criterion.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
- Ability to produce clean, consistent work autonomously without intensive supervision.
- Capability to work quickly while maintaining thoroughness.
- English language skills are preferred, though exceptional talent may override this.
