Role Overview

The role centers on producing creative video content across multiple formats such as podcasts, interviews, employer branding, and social media videos. The position demands rapid execution — you receive briefs and are expected to deliver clean, high-quality content promptly. You will collaborate closely with the existing design team and be responsible for managing the full video production workflow. The work environment is fast-paced with a focus on quality and consistency rather than reinventing creative approaches every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit a variety of long-form video content using Final Cut from raw recordings to finalized edits.
• Create short-form videos and reels optimized for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Incorporate motion graphics, lower thirds, and visual overlays through Adobe After Effects.
• Ensure audio and visual consistency that aligns with Aajil’s branding standards.
• Handle large production files efficiently on-site, ensuring smooth workflow and access.
• Deliver completed projects within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• A demonstrated portfolio showcasing practical video editing experience with both long-form and short-form content, serving as the prime evaluation criterion.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects software.
