Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician I to maintain smooth store operations. This role involves handling everything from ensuring our iconic Slurpee machines operate perfectly to supporting extensive projects and upgrades across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale system upgrades and installations, fuel dispenser enhancements, and varied specialized projects.
• Participate on a strike team providing technical support during shortages of in-house maintenance technicians.
• Manage and fulfill maintenance orders covering plumbing, electrical, and general repair tasks.
• Maintain parts inventory and prepare daily operational reports for efficiency improvements.
• Train fellow technicians, prioritize assigned work orders, and execute foundational structural maintenance duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time and flexibility to work varied hours depending on project needs.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in general repair and maintenance roles.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license suitable for air travel identification (Real ID or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, peer technical support expertise, excellent communication skills, competence in managing extended assignments, facility ownership mindset, and effective time management.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $18 to $32, subject to position location and company discretion.
• Sign-on bonus up to $3,000, subject to eligibility and change.
