The Mount Pleasant Operation is currently seeking experienced multi-skilled operators skilled in open cut mining, particularly with heavy earthmoving machinery.

Equipment Expertise Required

• 475 Komatsu Dozer
• Cat Dozers: D10 and D11 models
• 994K Loader
• Cat Graders: 24M and 18M models
• 955 Komatsu Grader

Work Schedule

The role involves working on a rotating lifestyle roster of 5/4, 4/5, or 5/5 shifts, which includes days, nights, and weekends.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience operating heavy earthmoving equipment in mining settings
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to safety, community, and environmental standards
• Experience handling large heavy plant machinery
• Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated approach to work
• Capacity to work under direction while maintaining initiative
