Role Summary

The Pairing Machine Operator position is a full-time, on-site job located in Al Saudia, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The operator's primary duties include setting up, running, and overseeing pairing machines to meet production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency throughout the shift. Responsibilities involve inspecting raw materials and final products, making minor mechanical adjustments, reporting malfunctions or quality issues, and conducting routine machine cleaning. The role also entails proper use of hand tools, adherence to safety regulations and company policies, recording production metrics, coordinating with supervisors and colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvements in productivity and product quality.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience working in a cable manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in operating and monitoring pairing machines and related industrial equipment.
• Understanding of machine components and basic mechanics for minor troubleshooting and adjustments.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures, including inspection against set specifications.
• Competent in using hand tools for maintenance and safe equipment handling.
• Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with supervisors, maintenance staff, and team members, as well as producing clear production reports.
• Prior experience as a machine operator or within a manufacturing or industrial setting is favorable.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and work in shift-based production while following safety protocols.
• Basic reading and numeracy skills necessary for interpreting instructions, safety guidelines, and production documentation; vocational training in machinery or mechanical trades is considered beneficial.
