Job Overview
They are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Asset Trader specializing primarily in US equities. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing trades driven by client directives while ensuring adherence to risk management standards and regulatory compliance. A solid financial market understanding and a proven record in trading are essential for this role.
Primary Duties
- Execute trades spanning all asset classes with precision and timeliness.
- Operate within risk management frameworks to effectively control exposure.
- Utilize risk management systems to reduce potential losses and maintain compliance.
- Monitor and analyze trading activities of clients, generating regular performance reports for senior leaders.
- Ensure all trade activities align with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Maintain thorough documentation of trades and transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications like CFA or CMT are advantageous.
- Have between three to five years of trading experience focused on US equities or similar asset classes.
- Strong grasp of financial markets, trading platforms, and execution algorithms.
- Adept in quantitative analysis and financial modeling techniques.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decisiveness capabilities.
