MST – Electrical / BMS & SCADA Technician

About the Role

We are seeking five technically proficient Electrical Technicians specializing in Building Management System (BMS) and SCADA operations to join our Engineering / Facility Management department. This full-time role is based at the Noida Special Economic Zone, Phase-2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and involves a 9-hour shift with 24×7 operations. The compensation ranges from INR 25,000 to 30,000 monthly, subject to negotiation, with one weekly off.

Responsibilities

• Operate, supervise, and sustain BMS and SCADA systems effectively.
• Observe electrical and facility equipment through BMS/SCADA platforms, promptly responding to alarms and irregularities.
• Conduct both preventive and corrective electrical system maintenance.
• Diagnose electrical issues and liaise with relevant technical teams to ensure swift problem resolution.
• Monitor equipment parameters, system statuses, alarms, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure seamless functioning of electrical panels, DG sets, UPS units, batteries, HVAC electrical systems, and other associated facility equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and keep operational logs updated.
• Address breakdowns and emergency situations as per site requirements.
• Maintain records including daily logs, checklists, maintenance documents, and shift handover reports.
• Adhere strictly to EHS protocols, safety procedures, SOPs, and site-specific regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the facility and engineering teams to escalate major technical concerns to management.
• Ensure the continuous and reliable operation of critical building services.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, facility management, or working with BMS and SCADA systems.
• Proficient with BMS/SCADA software and hardware platforms.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, equipment functions, and fault troubleshooting.
• Able to interpret electrical schematics and possess basic knowledge of control systems.
• Previous exposure to managing critical facility equipment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Readiness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift system, including night duties and emergency calls.
• Educational qualification of either ITI in Electrical Trade or a 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Shift & Working Conditions

Shifts are 9 hours long with operations running continuously throughout the week. Employees get one day off per week. Candidates must be willing and able to work rotational shifts including nights and be responsive in emergencies.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidates are responsible and technically skilled individuals with prior experience in BMS and SCADA operations and electrical maintenance for commercial, corporate, data center, healthcare, malls, or industrial facilities. Experience in large-scale facility management environments is preferred.
