Our projects blend storytelling, motion design, editorial insight, compositing, and post-production to produce content that communicates effectively, captivates audiences, and is thoroughly polished. We emphasize the details—the rhythm of animation, typography motion, and the subtle visual choices that elevate production quality.

Role Overview

We seek a gifted Motion Graphics Designer / Editor to join our on-site creative team in Remera. This full-time position focuses on producing sophisticated motion-driven visuals, often within extended productions. The role involves synthesizing raw footage, storyboards, narration, graphics, and other visual elements into coherent, cinematic sequences that are clear and purposeful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and animate refined motion graphics, including titles, typography, callouts, diagrams, and transitions.
  • Animate graphics sourced from design files (Photoshop, Illustrator) and create cohesive motion systems across projects.
  • Apply animation principles such as timing, easing, and secondary motion to produce deliberate animation effects.
  • Convert scripts and storyboards into engaging visual narratives that clarify complex ideas.
  • Integrate motion graphics seamlessly with live-action footage, using techniques like masking, tracking, keying, and compositing.
  • Support editing tasks by assembling sequences, managing pacing, transitions, and integrating B-roll, narration, and music.
  • Understand color correction, visual consistency, sound design, and audio-visual synchronization basics to enhance final presentations.

Software & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including keyframing, graph editor, expressions, motion tracking, masking, rotoscoping, and compositing.
  • Experience with Premiere Pro is highly valued; familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Cinema 4D, and DaVinci Resolve is advantageous.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Demonstrated strong practical skill in motion design with After Effects and sound typography understanding.
  • Good grasp of visual composition, hierarchy, and motion integration with footage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, timing, rhythm, and pacing.
  • Ability to translate creative direction into visual output and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Good organizational and production management skills, open to feedback and iterative work.
  • Portfolio showcasing intentional animation, clean typography, compositing, and storytelling proficiency is essential.

Additional Information

The role offers opportunities to work across multiple disciplines, enhancing skills in motion design, editing, compositing, typography, storytelling, sound, and final polishing. Candidates with backgrounds in motion design, graphic design, animation, film, media, communication, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
