Motion Graphics Designer (2D, 3D & Video)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Motion Graphics Designer with expertise in 2D and 3D motion design, visual effects, and video editing to enhance our creative team. This position requires collaboration with marketing, content, and product teams to produce engaging visual content.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic motion graphics and video content for digital platforms, promotional advertisements, websites, and presentations in both 2D and 3D formats.
• Optimize 3D models and animations to ensure they are suitable for web use, social media campaigns, and video production requirements.
• Perform audio editing and mixing tasks, aligning sound elements closely with motion graphics and video materials.
• Work collaboratively with designers and editors to meet project goals and maintain high-quality output.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and advancements in motion graphics and video editing techniques.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a Motion Graphics Designer specializing in 2D and 3D design or an equivalent role.
• Strong command of industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects, Cinema 4D or Blender for 3D asset creation and animation, Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, with additional knowledge of Adobe Audition for audio editing being preferable.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for graphic design and asset development.
• A solid understanding of key animation principles, kinetic typography, video editing fundamentals, and sound design techniques.
• High attention to detail combined with creativity and adept problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Education

• A degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or another relevant discipline.
• A portfolio showcasing branding animations, explainer videos, and promotional content utilizing both 2D and 3D methods.
• Previous experience in advertising agencies or the entertainment sector is considered an advantage.

Interview Process
