Position Overview

The Motion Graphic Designer will be a full-time role based on-site in Pune Division, Maharashtra, India. This role demands crafting and delivering motion graphics tailored for digital campaigns, social media content, marketing assets, and brand communications aligning with strategic and creative directives. Daily tasks involve close partnership with strategists, creatives, and marketing personnel to convert ideas into compelling visual narratives, create animations and videos, and optimize materials for diverse digital platforms.

Responsibilities include end-to-end management of motion design projects — from storyboard development, asset creation, putting together animations, to producing final video outputs — all while maintaining brand coherence. Additional duties involve assisting video production procedures, enhancing graphic elements, and contributing creative ideas to elevate visual impact and audience engagement.

Candidate Profile

• Strong capabilities in Motion Design and Motion Graphics to produce captivating animated content.
• Experience in Video Production, including basic editing skills and asset preparation for different digital channels.
• Proficient Graphic Design skills to create superior visual assets consistent with brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop or analogous tools.
• Ability to understand creative briefs accurately, collaborate cross-functionally, and juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines with keen attention to detail.
• A relevant academic background in design, multimedia, animation, or related disciplines, or comparable hands-on experience.
• Possession of a robust portfolio exhibiting motion graphics, video editing, and visual design work.
