Role Overview
The position of Mortgage Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi. The specialist will provide clients with advice on appropriate mortgage products, evaluate their financial standing, and assist throughout the entire mortgage application and approval stages. Responsibilities include client meetings to explain mortgage options and eligibility, preparing and reviewing necessary paperwork, collaborating with banks and financial institutions, following up on application progress, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining thorough records.

The role also involves supporting mortgage-related marketing initiatives, managing client inquiries promptly, and consistently delivering high-quality customer service aligned with company standards.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Comprehensive knowledge of mortgages and lending practices in the UAE, inclusive of local regulatory frameworks.
- Competence in financial analysis encompassing income assessment, credit evaluation, and affordability checks for mortgage qualification.
- Experience in mortgage marketing and promoting related financial products to potential clients.
- Strong customer service aptitude aimed at establishing trust and sustaining enduring client relations.
- Relevant background in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, multitask across multiple cases, and effectively meet deadlines in a pressured environment.
