Role Description
This permanent, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi involves advising clients on various mortgage options, evaluating their financial standing, and suggesting appropriate lending products. Daily duties include engaging with clients, collecting and reviewing necessary documentation, clarifying mortgage products and their qualification requirements, and assisting clients throughout the application and approval stages. The consultant will also liaise with banks and lending bodies, monitor application progress, and ensure compliance with all pertinent regulations. Excellence in customer service, meticulous record-keeping, and full support from initial inquiry through loan disbursement are expected.
Qualifications Required
- Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage sector, including products, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
- Experience in finance and mortgage lending with the ability to evaluate income, liabilities, and credit risk.
- Strong customer service orientation with the capacity to clearly communicate complex information.
- Competence in using CRM tools and fundamental office software to manage client files and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills to manage several applications and meet deadlines.
- Experience in banking, real estate, or mortgage brokerage within the UAE is beneficial.
- Must be able to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate well within a diverse team environment.
