Main Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in Estate Agencies
• Actively generate new business and maximise referral opportunities
• Deliver customised mortgage and protection advice that aligns with customers' needs
• Assist clients throughout the mortgage process from initial application through to completion
• Consistently provide excellent customer service while meeting and striving beyond performance targets

Required Skills and Experience

• Possession of a full CeMAP qualification or an equivalent certification
• Demonstrated success in a target-oriented working environment
• Exceptional skills in customer service and relationship building
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
