Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture productive relationships with colleagues in the Estate Agency.
• Drive new business acquisition and enhance referral generation.
• Offer personalized mortgage and protection guidance that aligns with clients' financial needs.
• Support clients throughout the entire mortgage process—from application submission to completion.
• Maintain exemplary customer service standards while meeting and exceeding set performance objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of the full CeMAP certification or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated success working within performance-oriented, target-driven environments.
• Exceptional abilities in customer service and relationship cultivation.
• Strong communication skills paired with effective organizational capabilities.
