Job Description

• Oversee and verify the quality of completed work on site.
• Monitor ongoing and finished tasks related to cleaning as well as finishing/interior works (including carpet, vinyl, furniture, and others).
• Maintain order at the site to prevent damage to completed tasks by performers.
• Support performers when necessary to ensure the process is properly conducted.
• Identify causes of process delays and communicate with responsible parties accordingly.

Qualifications

• Having higher education is considered an advantage.
• Experience in construction, repair, or facility management is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of office software such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is required.
• Experience in process monitoring and quality control is desirable.
• Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
