MOD Sales Engineer

Role Overview

Join TK Elevator UAE L.L.C as a MOD Sales Engineer in the Mod Sal DXB department based in Dubai. This role offers a chance to work with a globally respected leader specializing in elevator and escalator innovations, focusing on delivering customer-centric technical solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with sales colleagues to craft and deliver technical proposals and presentations tailored to current and prospective clients.
• Evaluate client needs and engineering details to recommend accurate and optimized configurations and solutions.
• Act as the main technical liaison during the entire sales process, maintaining effective communication channels among customers, sales staff, and engineering teams.
• Perform feasibility assessments and contribute to estimating costs and schedules alongside sales personnel.
• Offer training and ongoing technical support to both sales teams and clients regarding product functionalities, advantages, and installation requirements.
• Keep updated on market trends, competitors’ offerings, and emerging technological advancements to strengthen TK Elevator's market positioning.
• Assist with new product launches by providing technical expertise and collecting customer insights for continuous improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience in a sales engineering capacity, ideally within elevator, escalator, or building service sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of technical sales mechanics with the ability to simplify complex engineering ideas for customer comprehension.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal talents, emphasizing teamwork and customer relations.
• Proficiency with CAD tools, product configuration software, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Capacity to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales setting.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages pertinent to the UAE is a plus.
