Overview
Based in Calgary, Alberta, this position offers an opportunity to join TD's growing Mobile Mortgage Sales team, serving over 11 million customers nationwide. The role involves building and managing customer relationships, particularly targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other key influencers. Responsibilities
- Drive mortgage sales by proactively developing new business and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Generate leads through strategic partnerships and referral networks, including realtors and financial professionals.
- Participate in targeted sales training and credit knowledge development.
- Collaborate with Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.
- Utilize a specialized sales management system to track and manage sales activities effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Self-motivated and independent professional comfortable in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management abilities.
- Preferably some knowledge of retail banking or credit adjudication.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
Additional Information
- The position requires 37.5 hours per week, onsite in Calgary.
- Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with details varying based on skills, experience, and business needs; commission offers unlimited earning potential.
