Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Overview

An opportunity exists for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to support a leading supermarket client in Nottingham. This permanent role involves regular visits to retail locations to undertake maintenance and repair tasks on electrical, mechanical, and catering equipment.

Key Duties

• Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within agreed deadlines while ensuring accurate paperwork completion.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on baking and catering equipment, both reactively and on schedule.
• Carry out emergency lighting and fire alarm inspections and repairs.
• Address general repair requirements throughout customer sites.
• Detect faults beyond repair in machinery and plant, informing the Line Manager promptly with replacement recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent City & Guilds 236 Part 1 and Part 2 in electrical installation or maintenance.
• Possession of City & Guilds 18th Edition certification.
• AM2 and 2391 certification.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of 41,324.95, inclusive of standby duty allowance (on a 1:4 roster across 13 periods) and a 1,500 competency bonus upon completion of electrical fault training related to catering and bakery equipment.

Additional Information
