Mobile Janitor - Dublin

Overview

Samsic Facility Ireland is seeking a dedicated Mobile Janitor for its Dublin division. This permanent, full-time role involves traveling to multiple client sites throughout Dublin and its surroundings to support daily office cleaning operations. The position reports to the Daily Office Cleaning (DOC) Manager and requires a full, clean Irish driver's license due to the travel involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow directions from the Dublin Regional Manager and DOC Manager, providing coverage as needed across various sites.
• Assist with emergency deliveries of cleaning products to client locations.
• Perform daily office cleaning tasks to the highest standards at diverse client sites.
• Supervise and collaborate with DOC operations staff, ensuring satisfactory completion of duties.
• Report client complaints, internal issues, and supplier concerns to the relevant managers, including staff training needs.
• Ensure all client premises are secured upon completion of work.
• Handle client property with care and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information encountered onsite.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety protocols both on site and at company premises.
• Execute any corrective actions arising from Internal Audits promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid full and clean Irish driving license is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as confidently lead and supervise onsite crews.
• Efficient prioritization of tasks and management of workload under pressure.
• Excellent time management coupled with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Consistent reliability and availability to support DOC operations as required.
• Initiative and independence in work approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the cleaning industry is desirable.
• Good understanding and knowledge of cleaning industry standards and practices is preferred.

Terms and Additional Benefits

• Working hours total 40 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling including Monday to Saturday and potential evening shifts to accommodate business needs.
