Position Overview
Join our team as a Mobile Car Park Attendant based in Kingston Upon Thames, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week spread over 5 days including weekends. This role involves travel to various nearby sites to provide essential operational support and guaranteed consistent service delivery across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage the flow of vehicles by controlling entry and exit points efficiently.
- Conduct routine foot patrols to maintain security and safety within the car parks.
- Perform maintenance duties such as cleaning the grounds, weeding, painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines, with comprehensive training provided.
- Carry out basic outdoor landscaping tasks like hedge trimming and weeding, also supported by training.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Confident communication skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic proficiency with computers and smartphone usage to operate site equipment and ensure smooth internal communication.
- Possession of a full UK manual driving license is mandatory.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude with readiness to travel between sites during shifts.
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites.
