Position Overview
BOQ Group is inviting applications for the role of Mobile Banker to operate in multiple Australian cities, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Hobart. This position involves delivering personal home lending and other financial solutions across the group’s brands: ME Bank, Virgin Money Australia, and BOQ. Successful candidates will have a proactive approach to building customer relationships, managing their own business pipeline, and exceeding acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
As a Mobile Banker, you will be responsible for the entire customer journey, from the initial contact through to loan settlement and ongoing relationship management. The role requires strong collaboration with internal colleagues and external partners and a high degree of autonomy in managing schedules to meet client needs.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in residential lending, supported by an existing network within their local community that they can leverage immediately. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to simplify financial concepts for customers and foster durable relationships. Candidates should have an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for client advocacy, and be highly motivated to grow their loan portfolios independently.
