Job description
Overview
ASICMAIN in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi is expanding its technical team and seeks skilled electronics technicians specifically for mobile and laptop chip-level repairs.
Role Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide chip-level repairs on mobile and laptop motherboards.
- Conduct component-level troubleshooting including SMD soldering and hot-air rework.
- Perform IC and BGA replacements utilizing schematic and boardview knowledge.
- Use multimeters, DC power supplies, and oscilloscopes to diagnose motherboard faults effectively.
- Hold a solid experience background of 2 to 5+ years strictly in mobile and laptop motherboard troubleshooting and repair.
Additional Preferred Skills
Experience with ASIC miner repair involving hashboards, power supplies, control boards, ASIC chip replacement, and PCB troubleshooting is considered an advantage.
