ML Ops Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ML Ops Engineer with over eight years of expertise in backend engineering, including Python programming, API development, and cloud infrastructure management. This position is open across multiple locations: Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Kochi, and Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance backend systems using Python and related technologies.
• Build and manage machine learning models, training pipelines, and develop ML-driven feature sets.
• Operate independently while effectively collaborating with existing engineering teams.
• Improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes across diverse platforms.
• Integrate new deployment workflows in collaboration with software development groups.
• Oversee automated system recovery procedures, ensuring security and system reliability.
• Perform comprehensive system testing focusing on security, performance, and uptime.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong backend engineering skills, including proficiency in Python and APIs.
• Practical experience working with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with data management tools relevant to ML workflows.
• Expertise with CI/CD toolchains, including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience managing container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficient with cloud computing services like AWS and ISCloud.
• Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
• Competent in monitoring and logging technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
• Skilled with scripting in Shell, Python, and Groovy languages.
• Solid problem-solving capabilities and effective team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Additional Information

This role demands working onsite across several Indian metro cities. The candidate should demonstrate autonomy as well as integration abilities within engineering teams.
