Role Overview

The Mixologist crafts memorable drinks and works efficiently at the bar, engaging with guests, and bringing the cocktail menu to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and beverages accurately according to recipes and standards
• Attend to guests seated at the bar
• Contribute to the creation of new drinks and seasonal specialties
• Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and presentation of the bar area
• Assist in mentoring and training junior bar staff
• Collaborate closely with the floor team during service periods

Requirements

• Proven experience preparing cocktails in a reputable bar or restaurant setting
• Creativity and precision in drink preparation
• Friendly and confident interaction with guests
• Ability to work quickly and remain organized under busy conditions
• Proficiency in English
