MIS Executive

About the Role

Join Money View as an MIS Executive responsible for handling data requirements, creating dashboards, conducting analyses, and designing experiments related to the calling process across both offline and online channels. This position requires robust analytical capabilities, practical experience in BFSI sectors, and the skill to transform data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, verify, and maintain data relevant to calling activities across various channels.
• Create and oversee dashboards for monitoring performance and extracting business intelligence.
• Guarantee accuracy, consistency, and punctuality of MIS reports.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluation of customer interactions, conversion rates, and efficiency of processes.
• Spot trends, identify gaps, and find opportunities to enhance calling strategies.
• Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and product teams to synchronize data-driven initiatives.
• Deliver actionable insights to management to aid strategic decisions.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines (Graduate or Postgraduate).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), or banking operations preferred.
• Experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting functions within BFSI sectors is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical aptitude with careful attention to detail.
• Capability to handle multiple datasets and provide insights under tight schedules.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
