MIS Executive

Overview

YES BANK Limited is seeking a meticulous and analytical MIS Executive to join their Financial Management department. This position involves managing MIS reporting, executing financial operations, and ensuring accurate handling of large financial datasets. The role is based in Santacruz, Mumbai, and operates under a third-party payroll arrangement with the employment type as contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete accurate monthly General Ledger reconciliations within scheduled timelines.
• Generate and maintain MIS reports for management review and financial assessments.
• Liaise with various Business Units to gather financial data, perform reconciliations, and address financial requirements.
• Ensure correct and timely accounting entries related to capitalization and sales transactions.
• Support both internal and external audits by supplying necessary financial information and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strict accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
• 3 to 4 years of experience in MIS reporting combined with core accounting activities.
• Proven background working in Accounts and Finance functions.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and financial reporting standards.
• Strong practical skills in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data management.
• Good analytical thinking, coordination capabilities, and effective communication skills.

Additional Information

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off.
• Location: Santacruz, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
• Employment Type: Contract through third-party payroll.
• Monthly Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹27,000.
