Recruitment Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Recruitment Manager to spearhead our hiring initiatives and cultivate a high-performing team at our Dadar office in Mumbai. The role involves strategizing and executing recruitment plans to align with our business goals, while leading the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy recruitment strategies to fulfill organizational talent requirements, including developing job descriptions and recruitment marketing collateral.
• Supervise the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates through screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee and coach a team of recruiters, ensuring they achieve their hiring objectives through training and support.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs and provide expert guidance to align hiring with business goals.
• Ensure all recruitment operations adhere to company protocols as well as applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and interpret recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source efficiency, and candidate satisfaction to inform decision-making.
• Continuously refine recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR functions.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills are essential.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, especially applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Thorough understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
