Fair Ford Pharmaceuticals is seeking a skilled MIS & Data Analyst possessing advanced proficiency in Excel along with strong capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and communication. The ideal candidate will transform raw datasets into precise, insightful, and user-friendly reports to aid organizational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management, organization, cleansing, and analysis of data sets.
• Develop comprehensive MIS reports, informative dashboards, and clear data presentations.
• Apply advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS to enhance reporting effectiveness.
• Utilize Power Query and Excel's data manipulation tools to streamline data reporting processes.
• Detect and highlight data inconsistencies, significant trends, gaps, and actionable insights.
• Communicate data-driven findings effectively to relevant departments and personnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rectify data discrepancies ensuring data integrity.
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for improved analysis, reporting automation, and boosting productivity.
• Maintain precise and confidential data records.

Requirements and Skills

• Proficiency in Excel including advanced techniques such as Pivot Tables, complex formulas, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills capable of simplifying data insights.
• Familiarity with AI tools including ChatGPT.
• Experience or knowledge of Power BI and Power Query is considered beneficial.
