Armor offers distinct solutions allowing clients to understand, co-manage, or fully outsource their cyber risk management. This role is open to candidates based in Singapore, Malaysia, or the Philippines.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Lead innovative consulting projects focused on Microsoft and Armor security technologies, addressing modern challenges including AI integration and advanced security operations.
  • Evaluate client implementations and suggest improvements to enhance security investments and reduce risks related to security, data protection, and compliance.
  • Conduct security assessments, design architectures, and deploy solutions leveraging Microsoft Defender suite, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Sentinel, and Azure Security.
  • Develop new consulting and implementation methods for emerging technologies such as Agent 365 to maintain Armor's leadership in Microsoft security capabilities.
  • Provide architectural guidance and integration for additional security technologies including vulnerability and exposure management tools.
  • Offer support for service delivery on other platforms like AWS, GCP, VMware, and on-premises environments as expertise permits.
  • Draft detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Serve as a thought leader by participating in industry events, conferences, webinars, and executive briefings.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and service development within Armor’s professional services.
  • Ensure positive customer experiences while executing projects that generate recurring revenue streams.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert collaborating internally, with clients, and with Microsoft partners.
  • Support internal company projects related to Microsoft security.
  • Provide actionable feedback to leadership on enhancing Armor’s service offerings and customer engagement.
  • Assist in proposing, selling, and delivering complex managed and professional services solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Create technical enablement materials such as workshops, demos, and integrated solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft security innovations and industry practices.
  • Mentor colleagues and junior consultants as needed.
  • Manage project tasks and administrative duties related to service operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Deep knowledge of endpoint, on-premises, and cloud security concepts and Microsoft technology architectures; familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency specifically with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, and the Microsoft Defender Suite, including Defender for Cloud.
  • Proven track record in leading consulting engagements and successfully delivering high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Experience developing technical and conceptual security reference architectures.
  • Strong presales capabilities in crafting SOWs and proposals.
  • Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude for programming, documentation, and productivity enhancement.
  • Experience with or ability to rapidly learn non-Microsoft security tools like Qualys, Wiz, Splunk, Trend Micro, and Crowdstrike.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level risk communication skills.
  • Comprehensive security knowledge with a focus on risk management and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, team collaboration, and capacity to work independently.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse clients both remotely and in-person.
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable with a keen desire to make a swift and meaningful impact.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30% as needed.
