TEKenable is seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to enhance our expanding ERP practice. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner with over two decades of software engineering proficiency, TEKenable delivers digital transformation through innovative ERP solutions across diverse industries. The role demands leadership in end-to-end ERP design, aligning technical architectures with business goals while ensuring best practices, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Define architecture strategies during engagements and ensure solution alignment with both technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership to translate business strategies into executable technical plans.
• Provide architectural guidance and oversight across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mentor and support both technical and functional teams to uphold quality, maintainability, and security standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to ISO27001 and ISO9001 standards, promoting high levels of operational governance and quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in ERP solution architecture focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems, associated business processes, and integration methods.
• Strong familiarity with cloud architecture, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience mentoring teams and driving technical leadership.
• Educational background ideally includes a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related disciplines; relevant technical and architectural certifications are highly regarded.
