Role Overview

The position is a full-time, on-site Architectural Engineer role based in Jeddah. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs and detailed drawings for residential and commercial ventures while adhering to local regulations, building codes, and company standards. The engineer will collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and project management teams, review design concepts, prepare technical documents, and conduct site visits to oversee quality implementation.

Additional duties involve partnering with external consultants, preparing design presentations for various stakeholders, and supporting initiatives related to value engineering and sustainability. The role demands delivering innovative design solutions aligned with the company's focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term value.

Requirements

• Excellent skills in architectural concept development, space planning, and detailed drawings including 3D modeling.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s building regulations, codes, and construction best practices.
• Understanding sustainable design fundamentals, material choices, and energy-efficient integrations.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and project managers.
• Strong analytical ability with a focus on detail, quality, and safety standards.
• Fluent Arabic communication skills; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university; professional certification or progress toward it is beneficial.
• Relevant experience in designing residential and commercial projects, preferably in the Saudi real estate sector.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects onsite in Jeddah within deadlines in a dynamic environment.
