محاسب (Accountant)

Job Overview

This accounting position requires between one and two years of experience in financial accounting and auditing. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily journal entries and recording financial transactions using accounting software such as Zoho, ERP, or Odoo. Additionally, they will prepare and submit VAT tax returns in compliance with the guidelines issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).

Key Responsibilities

• Entering journal entries and recording financial transactions using software like Zoho, ERP, or Odoo.
• Preparing and submitting VAT tax declarations according to ZATCA requirements.
• Reconciling bank accounts and managing daily receipts and payments.
• Managing financial advances and ensuring their settlement immediately after each event or project concludes.
• Coordinating payroll processing with HR in accordance with the Wage Protection System.
• Generating periodic financial statements and reports, as well as reconciling supplier and client invoices.

This role is part-time and requires the candidate to be physically present at the workplace in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
