Role Overview

The Merchant Services Imaging Associate supports crucial daily imaging operations including managing product images, coordinating photography efforts, partner communications, and collaborating with various internal teams to uphold high visual standards on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and upload product images on the platform to ensure they are implemented correctly and promptly.
• Review and edit images provided by partners using available internal tools to align with Wolt's quality and visual guidelines.
• Communicate with partners primarily through email to request updated images, corrections, or missing content.
• Maintain internal tracking systems to monitor the progress of image implementation projects.
• Ensure menus have a consistent, high-quality, and visually organized appearance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and enhance platform-wide imaging standards.
• Identify images that do not meet compliance criteria and provide partners with clear, actionable feedback.
• Aid in optimizing and standardizing internal procedures related to image management.
• Support maintaining a premium and customer-friendly visual experience within the Wolt application.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.
• High attention to detail coupled with strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to efficiently handle repetitive tasks and manage substantial workloads.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and visual quality.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Experience with photo editing software such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Photoroom, or equivalents is beneficial.
• Prior exposure to product or image upload platforms is a plus.
• An interest in photography, food styling, or maintaining visual standards is highly favorable.
