Job description
Position Overview
This role involves the secure, precise, and punctual collection and delivery of parcels. Responsibilities include verifying package contents and scanning to ensure order accuracy while maintaining exceptional customer service and safeguarding the parcels.
Key Duties
- Collect and deliver packages safely, following predetermined routes and strict deadlines.
- Confirm package contents through scanning and verification at both pick-up and delivery points.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure parcels are properly secured.
- Report promptly any delivery complications, damaged items, or address inaccuracies.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Licensing & Experience
- Possession of a Medium Rigid (MR) Licence is mandatory.
- Must hold a LF Forklift (High Risk) Licence.
- Minimum of one year of professional driving experience required.
