Role Overview

As a Merchandising Service Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by optimizing product displays and ensuring adherence to our visual merchandising standards. Your technical abilities will be put into practice while working in a dynamic setting offering ongoing development and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and dismantle displays based on seasonal changes, new merchandise arrivals, and current stock.
• Verify that product placement on displays aligns with planograms and established visual presentation guidelines.
• Ensure inventory on upper shelves is properly stocked, pricing tags are accurately positioned, and products are fronted as needed.
• Welcome customers courteously and direct them to store team members for specialized advice.
• Maintain clean, accessible aisles to facilitate easy customer movement and product access.
• Perform additional responsibilities necessary for smooth store operations.

Candidate Profile

• Familiarity with basic hand tools, drills, and saws is preferred.
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
• Capacity to move heavy items safely using appropriate equipment.
• Experience operating forklifts is advantageous.
• Comfortable using web-based computer applications to complete assigned duties.
• Basic arithmetic skills including addition and subtraction.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
