Role Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure a positive customer experience
• Help customers load their products into carts or vehicles
• Retrieve and collect shopping carts in the parking area as needed
• Support the customer service and checkout teams
• Return merchandise left at the returns desk back to proper departments
• Stay updated with current promotions and flyer deals
• Adhere to store policies on loss prevention and workplace health and safety
• Perform other duties necessary to maintain smooth store operations

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced setting
