- Produce weekly reports monitoring sales performance, inventory health, and key metrics such as sell-through rates, stock coverage, gross margins, and average selling price.
- Analyze product performance to pinpoint best sellers and identify slow-moving or at-risk inventory, converting insights into actionable recommendations for buying decisions.
- Support buyers in order management and vendor coordination, ensuring product availability aligns with market plans.
- Maintain precise product data including SKUs, pricing, attributes, and sales information with high accuracy.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Vendors, Retail, Marketing, Content, and Training teams to facilitate smooth product launches and act as a primary liaison between the regional buying team and market teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in merchandising, buying, category management, merchandise planning, buying operations, or relevant retail functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and handling extensive datasets.
- Solid understanding of retail and merchandising metrics such as sell-through rates, stock cover, gross margin, inventory turnover, and average selling price.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into business insights and solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to balance multiple priorities effectively.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural, and cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in eyewear, fashion, accessories, beauty, lifestyle, or specialty retail sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, merchandising platforms, or retail planning tools is a plus.
Why Join Our Team?
- Gain regional exposure working across four diverse international markets and learn varied merchandising approaches.
- Engage in data-driven decision-making intersecting commercial and consumer insights.
- Contribute directly to business outcomes by actively managing product launches and performance tracking.
- Be part of a high-growth global enterprise expanding rapidly in international markets.
- Opportunity to grow your career with opportunities to collaborate closely with senior regional and functional leaders.
