Job Overview

We are currently seeking motivated Merchandisers (m/w/d) to manage and maintain customer displays on our flower tours within supermarkets. The role involves ensuring fresh goods are properly stocked and presentation standards are met.

Work Schedule

The position can be either part-time or full-time, arranged according to individual agreements. The job starts immediately.

Responsibilities

• Stocking merchandise and creating attractive presentations of flowers and plants
• Monitoring the freshness and quality of products
• Implementing promotional activities as per guidelines
• Serving as the point of contact for market employees on-site

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferable but career changers are also encouraged to apply
• Genuine enthusiasm for handling flowers and plants
• Ability to work independently with a reliable approach
• Possession of a Class B driving license; a company car will be provided
