Merchandiser

Job Overview

We are seeking a Merchandiser to support Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other popular products in retail locations around Santa Cruz, Watsonville, and Scotts Valley. This is an immediate full-time position based onsite.

Role Details

• Responsible for refilling and arranging products on shelves and coolers in large retail accounts within an assigned territory.
• Directly report to assigned stores during scheduled shifts and potentially cover different routes as assigned.
• Utilize a personal vehicle for travel between stores; the products are pre-delivered to locations, so transport of products is not required.
• Provided with a company phone running an app for clocking shifts and mileage tracking for reimbursement.

Working Hours and Schedule

• Full-time employment with shifts starting at 5:30 AM until tasks are complete.
• Five scheduled shifts weekly with two consecutive days off during the weekday.
• Weekend work is mandatory with days off falling on weekdays.
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.

We seek a self-driven individual passionate about customer service and comfortable working in a busy environment. This role suits someone who can work independently yet enjoys interacting with others. Active candidates who take pride in meticulous work and are able to frequently lift, push, and pull product cases will thrive in this position.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wage of $23.40 per hour, increasing to $24.70 after six months.
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.78 per mile, paid weekly.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Reliable access to a dependable personal vehicle.
