Job Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming merchandise, ensuring all receipts and shipment documents are correctly managed and identifying discrepancies.
- Label products accurately with correct pricing and make corrections when needed.
- Prepare merchandise transfers promptly for other stores or the distribution center.
- Arrange products efficiently on the sales floor for optimal presentation.
- Keep the backstore clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Adhere to policies and procedures established by various head office departments, with full training provided.
- Support the team by performing additional duties as required.
Candidate Profile
- Enjoys performing physical tasks including lifting heavy merchandise.
- Highly organized, efficient, methodical, self-reliant, and resourceful.
- Experience handling goods is considered a plus.
- Willingness to work longer hours and holidays during peak periods depending on availability.
