Junior Assistant Manager

We are seeking a Junior Assistant Manager to support the management team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and guide team members on exemplary customer service and effective sales methods while ensuring product knowledge is thorough.
• Welcome customers warmly, assist them in locating products, and clarify details about quality, materials, and features.
• Coordinate daily store operations alongside management colleagues to maintain smooth functioning.
• Strive to meet personal and team sales targets with provided training and support.
• Foster a positive, high-performance work environment by motivating staff and nurturing a sense of belonging to the La Vie En Rose family.
• Lead by example, embodying company values and culture in daily interactions.
• Recruit, train, and prepare future team members while effectively managing staff attendance.
• Organize and implement appealing store layouts following brand planograms, and monitor competitor activity.
• Maintain the brand's image to cement a loyal customer base through effective merchandising and store upkeep.
• Analyze sales data, customer traffic, and productivity, sharing insights with the team to improve performance.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures and comply with corporate policies and guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support overall store success.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in retail team leadership, ideally in a similar environment.
• Passionate about clothing that promotes feminine confidence, including lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear.
• Natural leader with strong motivational aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills with sociable and collaborative teamwork abilities.
• Attentive listener to customer and team needs.
• Goal-oriented and consistently achieves objectives.
• Proactive, conscientious, and adaptable to new challenges.
• Willingness to work holidays and extended hours during peak periods on an availability basis.
• Ability to functionally communicate bilingually is considered a plus.

Additional Information

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. The hourly salary range for this role translates to an annual salary of $41,600 to $46,800.
