They manage residential, commercial, and hospitality projects throughout the UAE using integrated in-house teams.

Role Overview

The firm seeks a knowledgeable MEP Estimator with notable experience in the UAE market specifically in MEP estimation and tendering within fit-out and construction sectors.

Key Duties

• Analyze tender documentation including drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Prepare precise quantity take-offs, develop BOQs, and formulate cost estimates for MEP components.
• Estimate the costs of Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, and Plumbing works accurately.
• Collect and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support tender preparation, perform cost analysis, and contribute to value engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Procurement, and Project teams.
• Ensure all estimates adhere to project requisites and comply with UAE standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Possesses 5 to 7 years of professional experience including hands-on UAE MEP Estimation background.
• Demonstrated experience specifically on interior fit-out or construction projects is required.
• Well versed in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, tender processes, and costing methodologies.
• Competent in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of PlanSwift or similar estimating software considered advantageous.
• Familiar with UAE regulatory authorities’ requirements and local construction industry practices.
